This visa is essential for individuals who have secured employment with a company or organization legally operating in Saudi Arabia. It authorizes them to work in the specific position and company mentioned in the visa application.

• To fill the online A VCIreland application form.
  
• Copy of passport valid for no less than six (6) months.
  
• 1 x passport-sized photograph.
  
• Electronic invitation letter from a Saudi authorities.
  
• Employment verification letter from the applicant’s Irish employer addressed to the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Dublin, Ireland, confirming the applicant’s position and citing “business” as purpose of travel on behalf of the company.
  
• Copy of the company’s business registration in Saudi Arabia and in Ireland.
  
• For non-Irish citizens, copy of card or document confirming legal residence in the State.
• An original/copy of a signed medical report (attached); Medical report from the GP registered in Ireland is acceptable.
• A copy of employment contract, signed by the sponsor and the applicant, and certified by the Saudi authorities.

•  A notarised copy of the applicant’s university Degree parchment/certificate, diploma.Documents need to be Authenticated or Apostilled by the Department of Foreign Affairs, Dublin, Ireland. (we can arrange the Authentications and Apostilles for an additional fee) if applicable;

• Police report, issued within six (6) months prior to the date of application, with detailed information about applicant’s criminal record, if applicable.
